By signing in with TikTok, you authorise TikTok to provide PieMap.NZ with basic profile information permitted under the user.info.basic scope, such as your TikTok Open ID, display name, and avatar/profile image URL where available.

PieMap.NZ uses this information only to identify your account, display your profile information beside reviews where applicable, allow you to submit or manage reviews, and allow you to mark locations as visited.

PieMap.NZ does not receive your TikTok password, does not post to your TikTok account, and does not request access to your TikTok videos, followers, likes, comments, direct messages, or posting permissions.

You remain responsible for any reviews or content submitted through your PieMap.NZ account.

3. Facebook Login and Account Access

PieMap.NZ allows users to sign in using Facebook Login. This feature is used only to authenticate users and create or access a PieMap.NZ account without requiring a separate username and password.

By signing in with Facebook, you authorise Facebook to provide PieMap.NZ with basic profile information permitted under the public_profile permission, such as your Facebook user ID, display name, and profile picture URL where available.

4. No Affiliation with Businesses or Brands

PieMap.NZ is in no way officially affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, food producers, or any other businesses or establishments listed or referenced on this map.

All business names, trading names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand identifiers referenced on this Site belong exclusively to their respective owners. Their appearance on this Site does not imply any sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement of PieMap.NZ by those businesses. 7. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Reviews

By submitting a public review on PieMap.NZ, you agree to the following:

• Scope: Reviews must relate solely to the quality and experience of the Mince & Cheese pie and/or the immediate service experience at the time of your visit.
• Ownership & Licence: You retain ownership of your submitted text. By submitting, you grant PieMap.NZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your review within the context of this platform.
• Conduct: You agree not to post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, malicious, intentionally false, or constitutes spam. Reviews must not contain personal attacks on staff or individuals by name.

Suspensions may be temporary or permanent and may be enforced at the account level (user ID) and/or IP address level. As this platform is entirely free to use, no refunds or compensation are payable in connection with any suspension or ban. Suspension decisions are final unless we choose to review them.

We hold no liability for:
